Do you offer in-person and telehealth counseling?
We provide both in-person sessions at our Beaumont location and secure telehealth counseling for residents across Texas. Specific availability may vary based on your needs and schedule.
Where are you located?
Our office is located at 1110 Calder Ave, Ste 126 in Beaumont, TX 77701. We serve clients from the surrounding areas and the broader Texas community via online services.
What ages do you work with?
We work with children, adolescents, and adults. Our approach is tailored to meet the developmental needs and unique life challenges of each age group we serve.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time.
How do I request my first appointment?
You can request an appointment by clicking the 'Request an Appointment' button at the bottom of this page to reach the company portal or by contacting our office directly via phone or email.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
The first session is an intake appointment where we discuss your background, current concerns, and goals for counseling. It is also an opportunity to see if we are a good fit for working together.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to the practice's cancellation policy.
Are online skills groups the same as individual counseling?
No. Online skills groups provide structured skills education and practice in a group setting. They are not a replacement for individual therapy or appropriate emergency mental health services.
What is an LPC Associate?
An LPC Associate is a provisionally licensed professional counselor who has completed the educational and clinical training requirements for counseling and is completing the supervised experience required for independent licensure in Texas. As an LPC Associate, I practice under the supervision of Monica Simpson, LPC-S.
